Laura Goodrich is an accomplished Senior Executive, Consultant, Thought Leader with more than 25 years of success across the consulting, biomedical, healthcare, technology, financial, legal, real estate, and media industries. Leveraging extensive experience as an entrepreneurial technology leader and global workforce change expert who is always looking for an innovative way to challenge the status quo, she is a valuable asset for organizations that are working on transforming from smaller to larger size, or on change management initiatives and organizational development. Her broad areas of expertise include research, human dynamics, executive coaching, strategic change, organizational transformation, global workforce innovation, and interactive multimedia curriculum.

Throughout her executive career, Ms. Goodrich has held leadership positions at organizations including GWT Next - Global Workforce Transformation, Next Generation Company, Executive Next Practices Institute, The Ken Blanchard Companies, and Future Dynamics. As Co-Founder of GWT Next since 2007, she leads the organization’s pioneering work in creating cinematic micro-learning products and services on their portal for workforce development delivered on the web. Working with an Emmy Award winning producer/business partner, she utilizes imagery and storytelling elements to produce educational programs for sales, marketing, and services that are distinctively more engaging than the standard products in the field. She is also Co-Founder of Next Generation Company, which develops web-based interactive products aimed at driving change and helping organizations prepare their next generation of leaders. She previously worked as an Executive Coach/Resource Trainer with The Ken Blanchard Companies, where she was ranked as #1 Executive Coach for work with a global client, and identified in the top 10 of Executive Coaches worldwide.

She has been responsible for advising Fortune 500 clients on strategic change and talent development, for creating five award-winning films and online learning programs, and has positioned herself as a recognized expert on change and the future of work. Her clients have included Wells Fargo, American Express, Deloitte, Medtronic, GSK, Anthem, Vistage, and Evonik. She started out as Medical Sales Representative before launching her own organizational development firm with Future Dynamics in 1994.

Laura holds a BS in Training/Organizational Development from the University of Minnesota, and is certified in the Advanced Corporate Coach program through Corporate Coach U International. She serves on the Board of Advisors with Enterprise Transformation 2020, and is a member of the Global Speakers Federation.
