Through this session, we will define the value if communication, and why it’s important to be flexible. We will introduce the concept of social styles of communication and explore the importance of interpersonal versatility for exchange within and between individuals.
After establishing our own personal communication profile, participants discover and establish a clear understanding of their personal communication and social style, and their interpersonal versatility rating based on the perceptions of people they work with.
