Overview:

The power of understanding comes from the sharing of real-life examples of how grievers have been treated in the workplace.

This webinar will help the attendees understand the impact on a grieving employee as they return to work following the loss of a loved one. All employees will experience a loss in their lifetime and how the situation is dealt with at the workplace will have a direct impact on their recovery and their commitment to their employer.

Why should you attend: Learning best practices based on employee feedback will provide the attendees with the tools needed to support the grieving employee and to avoid making critical mistakes that would create more stress and anxiety.
