Continuous process improvement is now over 40 years old and while it still maintains its value the marketplace is asking for more. They are seeking a methodology that is more centered around the human capital assets than the process itself. Agile management which was started as a technology development tool has now expanded to be total business involvement. This webinar is an introduction to this exciting new way to work.
