Overview: After highlighting recent changes to Form I-9, the Webinar boils down the complexities with completing and storing I-9s. The Webinar will provide clear, simple instructions on how to properly retain, organize and store your organization’s I-9s so that when the DOL shows up, you are ready.

Why should you attend: Failing to comply with the numerous I-9 requirements can result is massive fines and even criminal penalties, even if your company never hires a single unauthorized worker. Because Form I-9 is not regularly submitted to the DOL, problems and issues with companies’ I-9 compliance strategies often only come to light during a DOL audit, when it is too late to avoid serious repercussions.

Areas Covered in the Session:
  • Recent changes to Form I-9
  • Form I-9 Retention Strategy
  • Form I-9 Storage Requirements
  • The move electronic storage

Who Will Benefit:
  • HR Executives
  • Managers, and Specialists
  • In-House Employment Counsel
