Overview:

A 2022 Gallup poll asked workers if they experienced stress, worry, anger, or sadness at work the previous day.

Almost 50% of the respondents said "Yes". These factors have been on the rise in the workplace since 2014, only reducing slightly immediately after COVID.

In this interactive session, we'll review how to handle the factors that cause emotions to rise in the workplace. You'll participate by responding to interactive video scenarios as you follow along in your workbook and take a behavioral assessment to find out where you stand in your emotional intelligence or "EQ".
