Overview:
This program will help you understand California OSHA regulations regarding heat illness and the reasons behind such rules, provide you the resources so you can carry out training on heat illness prevention with your workers and your supervisors.
The training is easy to follow and in compliance with the requirements laid out in the Cal/OSHA heat standard as well as the information from NIOSH and the rules being followed by Federal OSHA. Practical examples of levels of heat illness and what to do are covered. How to deal with new employees and what to do in case of serious illness are part of the program.
