Overview: Richard Mills provides proven methods for bringing your employees to their full potential. Keeping the drive and entrepreneurial spirit in all your teams can not only improve morale but also increase productivity and ultimately profitability for your organization.
Nothing ignites organizational and individual success faster than discovering and achieving your full potential.
Successful people know how to take what is different about them and put it to positive and productive use. In this 60-minute session, Richard Mills demonstrates how to unleash your unique differences to achieve higher results.
We will explore the quadrants of different potentials
- High capacity to perform
- High potential to perform
- High process environment to perform
- Low results from performance
When does it make sense to set hard timelines and hold strict levels for supervisions and when does it make sense to just let employees free to creative and develop processes on their own, based on their experience and expertise?
Data is based on testing and observations of organizations in industry, government, non-profit and service industries. Leaders and staff members brought data to the results from StrengthsFinder, MBTI and other testing.
The team returned to the data and their new working premise became: "Could it be that people are successful because of their differences?" So the team analyzed the data with that question in mind but again, they were wrong. People are not successful simply because they are different and just being different does not equate automatically to being successful.
Why should you attend: We say that our employees are our most important resource but what do we do to develop them to their full potential? What would the difference be (in terms of productivity, morale and profit) if you could get a majority to a higher potential?
How much are you paying for employees working at a fraction of what they really can do? How would your bottom line change with higher engagement and output from the employee base that you currently have?
