Dr. Scott's unique background successfully combines knowledge gained, and experience accumulated as an executive in industry including; consulting, consumer goods, automotive, and public sector. Her education includes a PhD in Psychology, a Master of Engineering, an MBA, a Master's of Science, and Certification in Nursing, Safety & Disability Management.

She has taught at Guelph & McGill Universities, writes and speaks passionately on this topic, and has authoured a book on Comprehensive Disability Management.
